Welding: specific operation method of copper aluminum composite pipe welding:
(1) Ultra wear-resistant composite pipe Welding materials must be special welding materials for ACC pipes
(2) When welding the super wear-resistant composite pipe, first turn on acetylene, then turn on oxygen, and then adjust the temperature of the flame. (The flame temperature is equal to half of the copper pipe welding temperature)
(3) The cup mouth of the finished heat exchanger (composite tube) must be larger than that of the copper tube heat exchanger.
(4) The cup depth of the super wear-resistant composite pipe shall be the outer diameter of the composite pipe. (Piping must be inserted in place)
(5) During welding, the welding shall be conducted in front of the piping part, and the flame temperature shall be about 230-250 ℃ (no overheating). The elbow of the piping is the heating area of the flame, and the welding ring shall be melted through the heat conduction of the piping! When the solder begins to melt, quickly remove the flame. (6) After welding, the surface of the weld shall be smooth without black spots, pores, burn through, sagging and incomplete burning.
