   Ultra wear-resistant composite pipe elbow:

(1) The super wear-resistant composite pipe shall be boiled with water, electricity and gas, and then the pipe bender shall be adjusted to the specified model according to the process requirements.

(2) Open the outer package of the composite pipe, place the composite pipe according to the requirements of the pipe bender, insert it into the feed rack of the pipe bender to the feed port of the pipe bender, and then send it 10 cm outside the cutter for cutting, adjust the belt and cutter appropriately, and replace the core head of the pipe bender( φ 7 mm light tube core: 5.6 mm, φ 7mm threaded pipe core: 5.7mm, φ 9.52mm light pipe core 8.2mm, φ The core of 9.52mm threaded pipe is 8.12mm), and the air pressure shall be properly adjusted.

(3) If the R part of the bend of the super wear-resistant composite pipe is found to be wrinkled during the bending process, it is necessary to adjust the bend core rod forward. If the bend is found to be saturated and protruding, it is necessary to adjust the bend core rod backward until the inside and outside of the R part of the bend are in good condition.

(4) When bending, the composite pipes (6 or 7 pieces) formed by bending each time must have the same length, each two pipe orifices must be flush, and the error range is 0.5MM. The cut pipe orifices must be smooth, free of burrs, and keep the expansion bell mouth state.

Ultra wear-resistant composite pipe expansion:

(1) The super wear-resistant composite pipe shall be boiled with water, electricity and gas, and then the pipe expander shall be adjusted to the specified model according to the process requirements.

(2) First replace the expansion head (the expansion head of 7 mm smooth tube is 6.42 mm, the expansion head of 7 mm threaded tube is 6.38 mm, the expansion head of 9.52 mm smooth tube is 8.99 mm, and the expansion head of 952 mm threaded tube is 8.9 mm), and replace the expander as appropriate

(3) Ultra wear-resistant composite pipe shall be threaded with U-shaped pipe and side plate according to the drawing requirements

(4) Adjust the expansion size and allowance according to the drawing requirements (10-12mm for 7mm and 12-14mm for 9mm)

(5) The expanded heat exchanger nozzle shall be free of cracks, curls, copper exposure, looseness, deformation and lamination.
