1. Pressure control

Appropriate pressure will lead to Ultra wear-resistant composite pipe The flow of raw materials, and can get high-quality joints. Too low pressure will make the connection strength fail to meet the quality requirements. If the pressure is too high and the molten material is exhausted, the flanging is too wide, so the quality requirements cannot be met. The pressure control is completed by the pressure control valve of the machine, and the differential delivery pressure should be adjusted according to the different conditions.

2. Time control

Under different conditions, different welding time is required. Generally, the total welding time is determined by the raw materials used for pipes or pipe fittings. The quality of the docking interface can be controlled by adjusting the time.

3. Temperature control

The temperature during the docking process is an important factor affecting the docking quality. The butt joint temperature control of polyethylene pipe is divided into two parts: ambient temperature and heating plate temperature. The temperature of the heating plate is usually 210 ℃ - 230 ℃, and the control of this temperature is ensured by the temperature adjustment measures of the heating plate. The temperature difference on all planes of the heating plate should not be too large. The control of ambient temperature is directly related to the heat absorption time, otherwise it will affect the butt joint quality of super wear-resistant composite pipe.

4. Welding parameter control

The development of welding parameters for ultra wear-resistant composite pipes is closely related to hot-melt connection. For welding connection parameters at room temperature, refer to the German Welding Association DVS2207.1995, and the reference table for polyethylene (pipes, pipe fittings) hot-melt butt welding at room temperature (see Table 1). After adjusting the heat absorption time, temperature and pressure, a good welding interface can usually be obtained. Therefore, the quality control of the whole welding construction process is the key to obtain good interface. It should be pointed out that in addition to sound quality control measures, there should also be qualified operators and butt welders with sound quality to practice.
