After the equipment system for pressure test of the steel mesh skeleton pipe is stabilized, the pressure will rise to 1.5 times of the working pressure, and the pressure will be stabilized for 1 hour. Carefully observe the pressure gauge and patrol along the line. With a stable pressure increase rate, the pressure will increase to the required pressure value, and the steel mesh composite pipe before or after backfilling.
1. The flange connection part of the steel mesh composite pipe shall be exposed and checked for leakage.
2. The pressure test can be conducted before or after backfilling, and the steel pipe shall be covered with soil at a certain interval. The coil shall be fixed at the original position during pressure test.
3. When the pressure measuring equipment system is stable, increase the pressure to 1.5 times of the working pressure, stabilize the pressure for 1 hour, carefully observe the pressure gauge, and patrol along the line. If there is no obvious leakage or pressure drop during the test, the pipeline will pass the pressure test.
4. Generally, after checking the air in the pipeline, the pressure should be increased to the required pressure value at a stable pressurization rate. The pressure gauge should be placed behind this part of pipeline as far as possible.
