2、 The steel mesh skeleton PE composite pipe is a steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe flexibly connected by socket type rubber ring. When it is damaged, the damaged pipe section can be cut off and replaced with a new PPE steel mesh skeleton pipe, and then connected with a double socket collar or flexible sleeve.
3、 For pipeline damage caused by external factors such as foundation settlement, temperature change and external load change of steel mesh skeleton PE pipe, corresponding measures shall be taken to eliminate various external factors after the correction of steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe.
4、 When the pipeline damage planning is very small, the repair method of electric melting sleeve or modified saddle shaped electric melting pipe fittings shall be used to block the damaged part of PE steel mesh skeleton pipe, and then the electric melting sleeve or modified saddle shaped electric melting pipe fittings shall be used to connect.
5、 When the damage of the steel mesh skeleton PE composite pipe is planned to be large, it is necessary to cut the damaged pipe section and replace it with a new pipe. The interface can be connected by electric melting, hot melting or flange, but the final welded junction must be connected by electric melting sleeve or flange.
