The steel skeleton composite pipe is a new type of pipe with excellent properties. After we have purchased the product, installation and welding is a necessary step and also a very important work. The quality of installation and welding will directly affect the production efficiency in the future. This article summarizes how to install and weld this product.
Installation: remove the oxide layer and dust on the surface of the pipe, and the oxide layer and dust on the welding area of the pipe fitting. Use tools to evenly remove the surface depth of 0.1-0.2mm. Measure the socket depth of the pipe fitting and draw a marking line on the pipe end (the polished pipe and pipe fitting end faces are not allowed to be polluted again).
Push the electrofusion pipe fittings into the proper depth of the pipe orifice, gently hit the circumference of the electrofusion pipe fittings with a hammer until the electrofusion pipe fittings are marked. It is strictly prohibited to hit the power terminal. The pipes on both sides of the fittings are kept on the same axis to ensure that the pipe fittings are free from force. If there is a gap under the pipe fittings, it needs to be filled.
When cutting pipes, use a cutting machine to ensure that the cutting surface is as flat as possible and the pipe axis is vertical. The cut pipe section shall be resealed with a sealing ring. When installing the steel skeleton composite pipe, the pipe fittings shall not be in contact with water, resulting in uneven welding heat. When hot-melt pipe fittings are used, they should be set according to different pipe fittings and welding parameters to ensure welding quality.
