The connection of steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe adopts two types of electrothermal fusion connection and flange connection. The electrothermal fusion connection is to socket the composite pipe into the electrothermal fusion pipe fitting, so that the electric wire embedded in the inner surface of the pipe fitting is energized to heat it. First, melt the inner surface of the pipe fitting to produce melt, melt and expand and fill the pipe fitting gap.
Until the pipe surface also produces melt, the two melts are fused together. After cooling and molding, the pipe fittings and pipe fittings are closely connected as one. The electrothermal fusion connection technology is convenient and rapid in construction. It can implement connection, installation, assembly, and unified welding. The welding reliability is good. Compared with the flange connection method, the strength and density are better.
Keep the inner wall of the pipe smooth without affecting the flow area. Buried steel wire mesh skeleton composite pipe should use its own angle to compensate the axial displacement, because it has excellent flexibility and bending radius, so it should give full play to its own characteristics. The spacing of its fixed supports should be determined according to the expansion amount of the pipeline, the allowable expansion distance of the expansion joint and other factors.
The thrust on the fixed support shall be calculated in advance to ensure the normal operation of the pipeline. Fixed supports shall be provided at the reducer, branch, electric melting pipe fitting joint and both sides of the load-bearing wall and floor slab it crosses. The bottom of the vertically installed pipeline shall be provided with a fixed support to ensure the displacement of the pipeline.
