2) Before all appliances are installed, it is necessary to remove the pipe plug such as the cover of the drain outlet, and clean the socket before installation;

3) The supports and brackets of sanitary appliances must be corrosion resistant, flat and firm, and in close and stable contact with appliances;

4) The water supply fittings of sanitary appliances shall be intact, with tight interfaces and sensitive opening and closing parts;

5) The quality requirements of sanitary appliances and devices shall be strictly in accordance with the construction acceptance standards and bidding technical standards; Full water and water test:

1) Before the completion of sanitary ware, floor drain, ground cleaning port and other devices, full water and water test shall be carried out by system (area, section);

2) For the indoor water supply system, whether all the large number of water distribution points that are open at the same time according to the planning requirements reach the additional flow;

3) For the indoor drainage system, open 1/3 of the water distribution points of the water supply system at the same time, and check whether the drainage points are unblocked and whether there is leakage at the interface;

4) Specific inspection method: after 15min of full water, the water surface drops, and then fill it for 5min of investigation. If the water level does not drop, all connectors such as angle valves and hoses do not leak, and water supply and drainage are dredged, it is qualified.
