Many professions begin to use perforated steel strip pipes slowly. Due to their excellent pressure resistance, some pipe materials will be overhead in addition to welding problems when they are used. However, overhead operation is relatively risky. Therefore, in addition to correct operation, There are also some considerations that need attention.
1. The type, raw materials, processing dimensions, manufacturing quality and anti-corrosion requirements of the perforated steel strip pipe bracket shall conform to the provisions of the current relevant specifications, and the unqualified ones shall not be used.
2. When the composite pipe is overhead, the distance between the brackets shall not be more than 2m, and the details shall be determined according to the diameter of the overhead pipe.
3. Fixed supports that can avoid horizontal displacement of pipes shall be set at both ends of pipe fittings. When the horizontal pipe length is more than 12m, a bracket that can avoid horizontal displacement of pipes shall be set every 12m.
4. The horizontal pipe bracket cannot be installed on the pipe joints and pipe fittings. When the metal bracket is used, the rubber elastic protective layer shall be set between the contact surface and the pipe. The clearance of joints on pipes and outside of pipe fittings shall not be less than the specified small distance required by the device bracket.
5. The axial thrust generated by internal pressure of pipeline planning shall be applied to the parts connecting elbows, tees, crosses, reducers and other perforated steel strip pipe fittings.
