The steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe is made of high-strength steel wire twisted left and right as the reinforcement, high-density polyethylene as the matrix, and uses high-performance adhesive resin layer to closely connect the steel mesh skeleton with the exterior and interior high-density polyethylene.
PE steel wire mesh skeleton composite pipe not only has the characteristics of anti-corrosion, no scaling, smooth, heat preservation, no wax, wear resistance, light weight and other plastic pipes, but also its common structure has created the following characteristics:
(1) High bearing capacity, not easy to creep
Creep will occur under normal temperature and stress, and brittle fracture will occur under high persistent stress, so the allowable stress and bearing capacity of pure plastic pipes are very low. The steel is very stable without creep in the temperature range of plastic.
After the steel wire mesh skeleton is compounded with the plastic, the steel wire mesh skeleton can effectively restrain the creep of the plastic and greatly improve the durable strength of the plastic itself. Therefore, the allowable stress of the plastic composite pipe with wire mesh framework is twice that of the plastic pipe.
(2) Combination of hardness and softness, easy to install, good economy
The rigidity, impact resistance and dimensional stability of the steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe are superior to any pure plastic pipe due to the reinforcement of the steel mesh skeleton. In addition, the steel wire mesh framework itself is a flexible structure, so that the composite pipe has certain flexibility in the axial direction. Therefore, the pipe has the advantages of rigid flexible combination.
It has excellent performance in unloading, transportation, adaptability of devices and reliability of operation.
(3) No rapid cracking
The plastic deformation and stress will not reach the critical point of rapid cracking of pure plastic pipe due to the existence of steel mesh. Therefore, theoretically, there is no rapid cracking of the steel mesh skeleton plastic composite pipe.
(4) Double sided corrosion resistance
The steel wire mesh framework is compounded in the plastic by special hot melt adhesive. The surface and inside of the pipe have the same anti-corrosion performance, wear resistance, smooth inner wall, small transportation resistance, no scaling, no wax, obvious energy-saving effect, and it is more economical and convenient for underground transportation and corrosive environmental conditions.
