② Because of the connection method and pre processing characteristics of the steel skeleton composite pipe, the requirements for the scale of the miscellaneous process construction drawings are high, and it is a high-precision prefabricated type. Any change in scale and direction will lead to extension of construction period and increase of cost. This requires planners to accurately produce construction drawings, especially for some reconstruction projects, and to ensure reliable data.
Construction precautions
① Clad pipe shall be operated in strict accordance with the installation procedure of clad pipe, and operators shall receive pre job training
② The inspection, storage and transportation of pipes and fittings shall be strictly carried out according to the construction standards of composite pipes.
③ When installing pipes, pay attention to the fact that the zigzag is greater than the allowable radius of curvature when connecting; When laying on the ground, pipe buttresses and supports shall be built first. When laying underground, the pipe trench shall be opened and straight, and there shall be no rocks or gravels at the bottom of the trench. When backfilling, sand or plain soil shall be used to backfill to 0.3m, compacted in layers, and then the undisturbed soil shall be backfilled; Connect pipes or fittings in strict accordance with the requirements.
