The welding process flow of PE steel wire mesh skeleton composite pipe: blanking shall be carried out according to the length required for field installation. The pipe cutter that must be used for cutting shall cut the pipe vertically, and the cut shall be flat, burr and flash removed. Scrape off the oxide layer on the surface of the pipe, clean the welding part of the pipe and pipe fittings, and avoid sand, dust and other damage to the quality of the joint.
Mark the socket depth line on the pipe with a marker pen according to the socket depth of the pipe fitting. Before assembly, use a multimeter to check whether the copper coil of the pipe fittings is connected. Install the pipe into the electrofusion pipe fitting at a proper depth, and hit the periphery of the electrofusion pipe fitting with a hammer until the edge of the pipe fitting coincides with the socket depth line. It is forbidden to hit the position of the terminal.
After the pipeline is assembled, the joint position shall be fixed. If there are straight pipes and reducers, the pipes on both sides of the pipe fittings are required to be coaxial. Tees and elbows are required to be connected to the same surface of the pipes at each interface to ensure that the joints are not affected by any external force factors when welding pipe fittings. Connect the power supply and adjust and correct the parameters of the hot-melt welder according to the welding parameters of the pipe fittings.
After the above links are confirmed to be correct, start the welding machine for welding and monitor whether the display of welding parameters is normal at any time. After the pipe is cooled, cut off the power supply and remove the clamp. During the cooling of the electrofusion connection, it is not allowed to move the connector or apply any external force on the connector.
