We all know that the steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe is a new type of pipe that combines the advantages of other pipes and overcomes the disadvantages. It is also widely used by virtue of its advanced production technology and performance, and sometimes needs to be buried for a long distance, regardless of the construction environment.
In order to make better use of composite pipes in the use process, we need to pay attention to some different precautions during construction. What precautions should we pay attention to when carrying out buried construction? The bottom of the steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe trench shall be continuous and flat, free of hard objects such as boulders, and free of suspended settlement.
For the excavated trench, if there is no specific provision in the design, the width of the trench bottom shall be equal to the outer diameter of the pipe plus Q610m. The trench bottom shall be flat and compacted; When encountering an object that may damage the pipeline, it shall be excavated, and a 2m deep excavation shall be made, and then the sand shall be shaken and compacted to the design elevation. In case of hard soil layer, the trench bottom shall be excavated downward, and then 100 mm thick engineering sand shall be paved as cushion.
Excavate pipe trenches for buried pipelines in unstable soil layers, set supports and properly dig deep, then backfill sand gravel and compact to 95 G compactness to form 100 mm thick sand foundation and thermal layer respectively. When filling the buried pipeline network, there shall be no sharp and hard objects on the backfill within 200m above the pipe top to avoid damaging the pipeline. After the connection of the steel mesh skeleton polyethylene composite pipe, the pipe trench shall be backfilled and compacted in time, but the joint interface shall be exposed before the pressure test.
