When machining the steel mesh skeleton composite pipe, some coatings are often added on its surface, mainly to protect the pipe. In the construction process, the construction environment of the pipeline is often poor, so it is necessary to strengthen the protection of the pipeline. What are the requirements for plastic coating?
1. The coating thickness of composite pipe shall not be less than 0.35mm;
2. The coated steel pipe shall be tested and the coating quality shall comply with relevant regulations;
3. The coating shall be smooth, and the color of the coating shall be gray, without scars, pinholes and foreign matters;
4. 50~80mm reserved sections shall be reserved at both ends of the composite pipe of wire mesh framework, which shall be coated with antirust and weldable paint, and isolation caps shall be installed;
5. When coating the composite pipe, two support pads with a width of 150 mm shall be used, and the pad shall be separated from the pipe and between pipes.
It is hoped that the user can control the coating thickness and keep the coating smooth and close to the pipeline when coating the steel mesh skeleton composite pipe. Another function of the plastic coating on the pipeline is to prevent corrosion and enhance its anti-corrosion performance.
