1. Before the pipe connection, the pipe materials, piping and auxiliary equipment shall be inspected according to the design requirements, and the appearance inspection shall be carried out at the construction site. The pipes can only be used if they meet the conditions. The main inspection items are pressure resistance grade, consistency of external surface quality, matching quality, material, etc.
2. Special heating tools with different interface forms shall be used, and open fire shall not be used to heat pipes and tubes.
3. Pipes connected by welding are suitable for pipes and materials with the same number. Pipes with similar performance can be tested first and then tested if they are qualified.
In order to keep the temperature of the pipes consistent with that of the pipes, the pipes shall be connected after being placed at the construction site for a certain time.
5. When connecting in cold climate (below~5 ℃) and strong wind environment, protective measures shall be taken or connection procedures shall be adjusted.
6. During pipe connection, one end of the pipe shall be kept clean. At the end of each work, the pipe mouth shall be temporarily closed to prevent sundries from entering the pipe.
